- Graduating college with BA in Criminal Justice, a minor in Dance and a background in Nutrition I was super psyched for the life that was before me. I moved closer to the city in an apartment with a friend from college and became dance teacher by day and bartender by night. Having now relocated to Los Angeles I realize that I have always been fascinated with cooking. For the past few years I've gone back and forth with the idea of a fun blog about creative cooking, cooking with a fabulous twist. Since my first blog Ravnous Ragazza in the Kitchen has gone well, I decided to start food blogging about kick-ass restaurants I often enjoy! From the east to west coast I'll show you where to find the most scrumptious Sushi to the best Veggie Burger in town. I hope you'll join me on my food journey !

Who Am I ?
Residing in Los Angeles Shanna Lynn is a native New Yorker from Queens. Cooking has always been her passion. She wrote her first cookbook for post-
college students and began a food recipe blog shortly after moving to Los Angeles. Shanna was one of the top 20 finalists for the FOX’s MASTER CHEF tv show where she got to cook for two culinary idols: Gordan Ramsay and Rocco DiSpirito. In 2010, Shanna competed and placed in The Los Angeles Grilled Cheese Invitational. Shanna single-handedly resurrected the kitchen at The Dime in West Hollywood last September. Cooking avidly throughout the week, Shanna changes her menu every Sunday when inspired by new tastes. She has always “thought outside of the box” when it came to preparing food which makes all the dishes she serves very exciting.

Loved the newest review. You always seem to write about places I keep hearing about before getting to try them myself. Keep up the great work, and I can’t wait to try all of your suggestions!
You have found some great places in LA.
Hey Shanna I met you at the Dime a few weeks back, was wondering if you still knew any Salsa dancers
